idk if someone has said this or not but one good way to farm animals more efficiently is to hit their butt. Works with both unarmed and weapons. u just keep stabbing their butt, easier to do on cows but all animals work that way I think. the hit effect would be some mud and the sound is solid hitting sound rather than the slicing thru meat u hear usually. when u hit the right spot dont move ur mouse but just keep spamming stabs. This wont damage the animal while u gain xp. only thing is the cows might move away once in a while so best way is to corner it and start farming.

it would be cool to see every town have its own gimmick, I can't wait for this game to be fully released so there are other efficent options other than spamming goats for economy and chickens for food

I tested the towers for manor defense and the towers dont currently work, they dont shoot arrows at enemies. So its a waste of resources at the moment.

This is such a strange start for a Vercingetorix campaign, I don't remember hearing about him going up against gangs solo with a loincloth before becoming high king ahaha. I'm glad to see some love for the Gauls and Vercingetorix for once. My favorite historical civilization and figure, very misunderstood and underrated thanks to history being written by the victor. One thing I think I should mention though, the Battanians are more of a representation for the Dacian Gauls in particular, not the ones in Gaul itself. The falx was Dacian, the Gauls in the west didn't have them, or really any two-handed weapons really, just wasn't their style. Vercingetorix and his men would have been sword/spear and shield all the way.

Hi :) just to clarify this was pre beta right ? If i'm correct the camp cant be upgraded anymore. Curious about it cause I tried it without the option to up it and have people also warmed up in it. It's not anymore an option if i'm correct so a real roof becomes a requirement too to get to 50% quick. On the new "beta" so far i found early survival extremely RNG based because my build makes me go to 25% temporarily. I might need to try it by save scumming and reshuffle the start to have a berry+hunters+rich iron, or use more the tents than before.

Also, seeing that he blocked 13 points of damage ( out of 121, so saving his life ! ), I like to know what day-cream or beard-wax he uses as that is some potent facial protection. ;-)

Hardcore mode with all negative perks and no potions has become my standard play mode. Plus, no doing anything out of character, carrying more than a human being would realistically be able to functionally carry, etc. Always surprised that a game so dedicated to realism would allow such an unrealistic inventory. I've thought about doing a one life only playthrough, but I can only imagine how unbearably frustrating that might be. The Steam achievements and maxed stats definitely aren't happening for me. Good luck, though. Either way, this has definitely been the most replayable game I've ever owned.
